1. The roof and roof covering – in detail
The roof can be built from 150x50mm timber or SIP panels. As a roofing material you can use: metal, bitumen and ceramic tiles. We also produce roofing seam sandwich panels.
2. I-beam ceiling - in detail
The ceiling consists of 600mm I-beams. The I-beams are supported by the wall panels of the lower floor.
3. SIP Wall - in detail
Three-layer external wall panel consists of:
• two sheets of сement-Bonded Particle Board 12 mm on both sides
• internal thermal insulation layer with a thickness of 142 mm of two types: PSB-25 polystyrene (with 25 kg/m3 density) or ISOVER mineral wool board (with 64 kg/m3 density).
4. Grillage - in detail
The grillage is made of calibrated glued timber and protected from the outside with a сement-Bonded Particle Board
5. Foundation - by the type
We build houses on each foundation according to your wishes: bored pile foundation, continuous footing, screw foundation, etc.
6. Our facade thermal panels - in detail
When performing external works on our houses, we use various materials, giving the facades a unique look. But our specialty is facade thermal panels with flexible clinker of our own production.
